Overview

My services are ideally designed to enhance you and your organizations comfort, confidence and capacity to make positive sustained change in the areas you contact me to address (engaging men, promoting healthy masculinities, gender and racial equity and inclusion, violence prevention)

 

A note to environmental realities.  The work I do has a significant carbon footprint attached.  I have to travel to do some portion of what I do.

As such, I have developed a self-imposed “carbon tax” on my services and work with local communities.  This tax is paid by me, not you.

I make a contribution to the Appalachian Carbon Partnership based on the travel that I do  (the carbon tax I pay is based on the determination of ACP):

  • A flight between 100 – 250 miles $35
  • A flight between 250 – 250 miles $60
  • Any flight over 250 miles $85
  • International flights $125
  • Car trip
    • Under 50 miles round trip
    • 50 – 100 miles round trip
    • 100 – 150 miles round trip
    • 150 + miles

In some cases, I am using more than one mode of transportation (i.e., I fly to a state and then rent a car to go a week’s worth of work).  In these cases, my “tax” will reflect what I do.

Assessments

Successful organizational change begins with a solid assessment.

A good sustained effort (to launch a new initiative such as engaging men, or make an organizational change such as becoming more welcoming, respectful and valuing) begins with a solid assessment.  Based on this assessment, we can develop a plan that builds on the strengths of what an organization, campus or community has, in order to be most effective in enhancing comfort, confidence, and capacity (on the individual and organizational level)

I offer a thorough assessment of your organization, and provide you the tools, resources and a plan by which you can assess your own organization and/or community, in order to clearly identify the strengths your efforts are building on and where you can best grow to move forward.
